This folder should contain 
The Lost Jack Kirby stories 
and
Jack Kirby's History of the Future
in various formats.
If in doubt, download the PDF version.

".pdf" - these are the files uploaded to the publisher. If in doubt, use these.

".epub" - for ebook readers 

*.jpg" - cover images are separate (except in ePub). 

".pages" - these are the original files, as created on my Macbook. Uploaded here in case I lose my originals!

".docx" - not recommended, unless you plan to create your own book. These books are published under Creative Commons BY-SA-4.o, meaning you can use the material to create your own book if you want. But your book also needs to have the same or a similar license, so that other people can use your material in the same way. See https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/   The docx file will need some formatting. When converting, a lot of stuff gets changed slightly. E.g. menus get longer, images I designed for a certain position end up in a different position, and so on. So only use docx if you plan to edit the book yourself, or if no other format works.

The short file names, and inconsistent capitalisation, are so that each title is visible on all browsers, and the PDF file comes top of the list.
