I try some of the plants. They seem O.K., so I eat more.
Finally Uncle joins in. The plants give us the strength we need. I don't think they're poisonous, but I think they might affect our minds: we grow careless and confused!
Hours later we are even more lost. I lose sight of Uncle. I jump frantically, and fall and twist my ankle. I make a crutch, but something must have seen me. I feel a blow to the head!
